CLK Accounting & Advisory was established to provide SMEs with more than just compliance. The aim is simple: to combine professional accountancy with practical commercial experience to help business owners understand their numbers, improve performance and make better-informed decisions.
I'm Dean Clarke, a Licensed Accountant with over 30 years' experience leading, growing and advising businesses across manufacturing, retail, ecommerce and international supply chains.
Before establishing the practice, I held senior operational, commercial and financial leadership roles, owned and managed businesses, raised finance, led strategic projects and worked closely with management teams to improve profitability and support growth.
That commercial background shapes the way I work today. While ensuring clients remain fully compliant, I also focus on the wider financial picture—helping business owners understand cashflow, profitability, performance and the financial decisions that drive long-term success.
